Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if all conditions are met:

• Item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
• Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
• Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Sale or discounted products
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper washing

Exchanges
We allow exchanges for size issues, subject to stock availability.

• Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Customer may bear return shipping cost unless item is defective/incorrect
• If replacement size is unavailable, store credit or refund may be offered

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share your order number and clear photos/videos
  After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds are sent to the original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is our error
